精選港式大牌檔奶茶 Hong Kong Milk Tea
以1满湯匙茶葉加入加一滿杯(mug) 沸水中焗3分鐘;
如要更香濃應慢火再煑沸,熄火焗2分鐘;
用約1/5杯黑白奶,沖入隔去茶葉之濃茶,
如要更香濃應慢火再煑沸,熄火焗2分鐘;
用約1/5杯黑白奶,沖入隔去茶葉之濃茶,
隨意加糖便成香濃美味之港式奶茶。
Add 1 round tablespoon of tea leaves to 1 full mug of boiling water, cover and leave for about 3 minutes. If you like a stronger taste, boil tea over low fire. Fill 1/5 of the mug with milk, pour tea with a seive on the mug to separate the tea leaves, then add sugar.
